WARRANTY

BMICTECH guarantees a limited manufacturer warranty on all authentic BMIC & Boundless products. The warranty is valid for a period of 1-year from the original purchase date. Please note we will only directly handle all warranty claims if purchased from our online retail site. For items purchased from an official BMICT reseller/distributor, warranties will still be honored, however, you will need to contact your original seller. If you have any questions we’d be happy to help out and clear up any confusion.

The warranty covers any defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and covers electronics, ceramic heating chamber, and structural integrity.

WARRANTY WILL NOT BE COVERED UNDER THE FOLLOWING
• Physical damage. Example: Drops to the product.
• Any liquid damage on or in the unit.
• Dropped, dipped or submerged in water. Water damage is not covered.
• Any type of modifications made to the product.
• Any attempts to repair the product on their own.
• ANY issue related to the maintenance or lack thereof of the device.
• Storing the device incorrectly.
• If the customer misuses the unit.
• Charging the unit on a nonstatic-free surface.
• Does not cover any type of cosmetic damage/issues.
• The defect falls out of the 1-year purchase date
• If items asked for the warranty are not provided

WHAT IS NEEDED TO INITIATE THE WARRANTY
BMICT will honor all warranties however to initiate the warranty we now ask all our customers to purchase postage for the shipment. This will help us facilitate your replacement to ship out promptly.

(*Due to rising costs in this ever-changing world we have had to regroup and reconfigure some of our policies including shipment costs. By purchasing the postage this will facilitate the warranty process and cover your shipment for the replacement. Once the postage is purchased we will provide an invoice and arrange your shipment. We appreciate your patience and support.)

To begin the warranty process we will absolutely need the following, no exceptions:
• Photo or video clearly showing the issue/defect with the unit
• Proof of purchase
• Be able to provide the BL Security code and BO # located on the original box (if available).
• A brief description of the issue incurred

NOTE: You may be prompted to return the defective unit for further inspection.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
BMICT offers free shipping to United States customers who spend over $99. Shipping prices provided during checkout are calculated and based on current rates provided by carriers.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SHIP MY PRODUCT ONCE I ORDER IT?
Most orders are processed and shipped within 24 business hours (our warehouse is closed on weekends and holidays).

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO ARRIVE AT MY DOOR?
Orders within the United States typically arrive within 3-5 business days.

TRACKING
You will receive an email once your order has been shipped and a tracking number will be included. Simply enter your tracking number on your mail carrier’s website to see the latest delivery status and updates.

PAYMENT METHODS

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards. We do not store any credit card information. Our servers use industry-level security practices and are PCI compliant.

RETURNS / REFUND

CAN I EXCHANGE OR RETURN AN ITEM?
All UNUSED and UNOPENED products purchased through www.bmictech.com may be returned for a full refund within seven (7) days following the date of purchase. Proof of purchase or order number is required to return an item. Only items that have been purchased from our online retail site may be returned. No exchanges for a different product is accepted.

If the customer purchased the unit from one of our trusted resellers they must process the exchange or return via the reseller. Unfortunately, we cannot provide exchanges or returns from other resellers and will ONLY provide a refund/exchange with the above terms if purchased directly from our online store:

CONDITIONS FOR RETURN
All items must be unused and unopened. You may return an unused product purchased at www.bmictech.com within the above return period, subject to your compliance with the following conditions:

• You include all original packaging in like new condition
• You include all accessories and documentation in undamaged, unused new condition
• You include the product in undamaged, unused like new condition
• You must include a receipt documenting your purchase of the product

HOW TO RETURN YOUR PRODUCT
To initiate your return, please use the following procedure:
Contact Customer Support at hello@bmictech.com. After we receive your email, and have confirmed that your product is eligible for return, we will provide you with the appropriate return address for the item. The customer must pay the shipping for the return package. Include the product and all required items listed above in the section “Conditions for Return.” The receipt of purchase must indicate the product to be returned, price paid, and date of purchase.

REFUND TIMING
BMICT will endeavor to issue a refund to the instrument of purchase within 10 business days of receiving an unused returned

NOTE: If the item was purchased from one of our trusted resellers, the return must be processed directly with the reseller.

CANADA / INTERNATIONAL POLICY

WARRANTY: For our Canadian customers who have ordered directly from us we will be able to handle all inquiries and warranties directly. Requirements to enact the warranty remain the same, and are as follow below, but will also include a few more stipulations. In the event the unit needs to be returned for further inspection in the warranty process, any shipping costs and import/duty fees are to be covered by the receiver. All shipping, customs fees and any other fees encountered during the shipping process are not covered by BMICT.

SHIPPING: The entire BMICT line-up, including accessories, is now be available for purchase for Canadian customers on our retail site. *All prices listed are reflected in USD. Shipping costs will be calculated at the time of checkout. Customs/duty import fees are not covered by Boundless and will have to be paid before collecting the shipment.

NOTE: Once the parcel is dispatched from our warehouse we will no longer be held accountable for for any additional surcharges, conversely Boundless will not be held liable for costs due to re-shipments due to an incorrect address. Any lost or stolen parcels will not be eligible for a re-ship.
